It has been brought to our attention that some are leaving the vehicles ignition on during the file wait period.

Do not do this!

No body was trained to leave the ignition on. It is additional drain to the voltage and leaves modules live. Some protocols/tools require the sleep period (ignition off) speccially on PSA stuff with economy mode

This is why Kess displays ignition off after read.
